Question 22

Accepted Answer

Before signing the agreement
You may withdraw from the assigned Bed Space by written notice to booking@unistel.it. Days are counted from the date we receive the withdrawal to the start date of the stay stated in the offer. For amounts paid as security deposit:
- withdrawal received more than 30 days before the start of the stay: refunded in full;
- withdrawal received between 30 and 15 days before, both included: 50% refunded;
- withdrawal received less than 15 days before, or failure to show up at check-in without withdrawing: the amount is retained.

If CORSAL S.r.l. revokes the assignment or does not make the Bed Space available on the agreed date, for reasons not attributable to you, the amounts paid as security deposit are refunded in full. Refunds are made within 30 days of the withdrawal or revocation, to the account the amounts came from.

During the stay
You may withdraw by written notice with at least 90 days’ notice; if the notice is shorter, the fee for the missing days is due. There is a minimum stay of 6 months from check-in: if you leave earlier, the fee is due up to the end of the 6th month, unless there are serious and documented reasons (for example graduation, ending or transferring your studies, health or family reasons).

At the end of the stay
The security deposit is returned within 60 days of check-out, after inspection of the room and its inventory, less any amounts due.
